Welcome to the Wichita County Master Gardeners Web Page.

We are a group of people who live and garden here in North Central Texas.   We are trained by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service, and provide non-biased, research based horticultural information.  The Wichita County Master Gardeners are a non-profit, service based organization of volunteers who give their time in the community teaching others, helping folks with their gardens and landscapes and learning a few things ourselves along the way.

We hope you will find the information on this site helpful to you.  Events, meeting dates and times are listed on our Calendar Page.  Gardening Information For Our Area is filled with information specific to this region.  On the Links Page, we have created links to other pages we think you will find helpful.  Please look around our site.  If there is information you need and don’t see it here, use the “Contact Us” tab on the top menu, fill out the form and hit submit.  You will  receive a response in a timely manner, from either a Master Gardener or our Extension Agent.
